| PCBA was formed in 2001 from a group of concerned professional pet breeders who were interested in pooling their knowledge and helping to educate others in their chosen field of agribusiness. Hoping that by doing this they could produce better pets for the public and help improve the image of the professional pet producer. PCBA will strive to promote awareness of legislation pertinent to the Texas Pet Professional . We are devoted to the humane care of companion animals and we offer an opportunity to exchange ideas and information with others involved in the companion animals industry. |
